• Substitute 1-for-1 standard all purpose flour
• Made with naturally gluten-free ancient grains like amaranth and quinoa
• Pre-blended with stabilizers, like tapioca starch, potato starch, and xanthan gum
• Replaces all purpose, flour in quick breads, batters, cakes, cookies, pastries, and any recipe not raised with yeast 
• Use to dredge foods before frying
• Thickens sauces and gravies better than standard all-purpose flour

This product has not been treated for food safety. For food safety cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
