Peach + Onion Hot Sauce is the perfect marriage of spicy and sweet for those with delicate palates. Great on top of eggs for a little kick, but balanced from the sweetness of onion and peach.

Ingredients: water, cane sugar, red chili purée, vinegar, peaches, jalapeño peppers, salt, minced onion, tomatoes, vidala onions, Cayenne pepper, xanthan gum and capsicum oil. 1.34% vidalia onion by weight.
